Molluscum is a viral infection caused by the virus molluscipoxvirus molluscum contagiosum (MMC). Molluscum remains localized in the skin and is not systemic like other viruses such as herpes simplex.

Molluscum typically begins as small papules which may become raised up to a pearly, flesh-colored nodule. The papule often has a dimple in the center, called umbilication. Scratching or any other irritation causes the virus and the papules to spread in a line or in groups called crops.

Molluscum contagiosum is a chronic infection and lesions may persist from a few months to a few years. These lesions may ultimately disappear without scarring.

The search for innovative therapeutic approaches based on the use of new substances is gaining more interest in clinical oncology.

In this in vitro study the potential anti-tumoral activity of tea tree oil, distilled from Melaleuca alternifolia, was analyzed against human melanoma M14 WT cells and their drug-resistant counterparts, M14 adriamicin-resistant cells.

Both the complex oil (tea tree oil) and its main active component, terpinen-4-ol, induced caspase-dependent apoptosis of melanoma cells and this effect was more evident in the resistant variant cell population.

In conclusion, tea tree oil and terpinen-4-ol (found in Molluscum No More) are able to impair the growth of human M14 melanoma cells and appear to be more effective on their resistant variants, which express high levels of P-glycoprotein in the plasma membrane, overcoming resistance to caspase-dependent apoptosis exerted by P-glycoprotein-positive tumor cells.

Apply one to three drops of Molluscum No More directly to molluscum and rub gently into the lesions.  If covering larger areas, moisten cotton ball with water and apply three to six drops of product to the ball. Dab the moistened cotton ball on all areas of molluscum. Apply two to three times a day. For external use only. Keep away from eyes.

Results are almost always seen after one to two weeks of use, with complete elimination generally experienced within two to four weeks leaving fresh healthy skin as it was prior to the infection.

I have a 4 year old son and he has terrible molluscum on the entire right side of his stomach area and a couple on his arms and legs - the dermatologist said all they can do is burn or freeze them off and that it may take a while if it works at all, it is painful and leaves bad scars. Or we could wait a few years for them to go away. Well they kept spreading and I feared them going this his face or basically all over his body! Molluscum No More
To Whom it May Concern: When my daughter got a small weird rash on her bottom in June I didn't really think anything of it, but when it started to spread and wouldn't go away after three months I was desperate to try anything. Her Doctor didn't know what it was so she sent us to a dermatologist who told us it was Molluscum. I asked him if there was anything to do for it and he said cut them off which is painful and did not recommend that for my daughter since she is only a kid. He said "Let it run it's course." I asked about any natural at-home things we can do and he laughed and said "there are so many companies out there looking to make a buck-just let it run it's course." I couldn't live with that. I went on the internet and did a little research and found Forces of Nature and bought some Molluscum no more. I have been using it for a on my daughter's rash for 3 1/2 weeks and the rash is nothing more than a slight red spot on her bottom. Molluscum No More
My life changed drastically in July of 2005 when I was told I had contracted the STI Molluscum Contagiosum. I was devastated and unsure of what to do. I was given Aldara for treatment and I have been using this cream since July to cure the STI, to my disappointment though, it has not been working. It has caused scarring and it was doing little to stop the spread. Fed up I began researching alternative methods and came across Molluscum No More. Let me just say that this is an AMAZING PRODUCT!!! I have been using it for less than 48 hours and it has done more for my skin then Aldara has done in 5 months!!!! At a fraction of the cost as well. Molluscum No More
Nature givith Nature takith away. I was completely skeptical of this. I had my mollscum in my pubic region frozen off twice and it was painful and days later new sores would form. THIS STUFF WORKS. two - three times a day and it has not only not reoccured yet but the scarring from the freezing is diminishing rapidly, and the untreated molluscum has gone away. Since i have to live with this virus i plan on always keeping a supply of this stuff. The scent is strong but not a bad scent.

Molluscum No More
After going to the dermatologist and nothing helping my 7 year old sons’ molluscum, I started looking on line out of desperation and found the forces of nature web site. My son had them everywhere and about after a week of the using the molluscum no more all of his molluscum is clearing up. I would suggest to anyone with this problem to definately try this, it worked a miracle for my son.

Molluscum No More
Our 2 1/2 year old daughter has been battling the skin disorder (Molluscum) for well over 6 months. After trips to the pediatrician and dermatologist and using the medicines prescribed only made it worse. It spread and was very red, looking as though it might scar.
